I tell it like it is. I have always been completely satisfied with Amazon, and I will will have enough respect for you to tell you if I am dissatisfied with your service and give you a chance to rectify it. We all make mistakes and none of us a perfect.I am a retired Sgt and spent time in combat areas and if you can't get exactly what you need and when you need it, you may not be able to order again. I have always made a special point to tell the responsible person that supported me during my time of needs, no matter what the requirements were.

I do not use any of the foam inserts or the large silicon buds. Yet to get replacement tubes and the small /medium buds I do use I’m forced to buy all the other. Come on!I’ll still give 4 stars but I should be able to purchase only the components I use.

I saw the reviews on the Walker pro and I decided to give it a tryIt has helped me I would say about 70 percent.I don’t understand everything that people say butAt least I don’t have to ask people to repeat near as much as I did. That is why I think it has helped me about 70 percent

I'very bought 3 of these. The 90 degree corner on all three were plugged so no air or sound could get through. I have to drill the excess plastic out so that my ear piece can transmit sound. This definitely is a repeated flaw that needs correction.

This accessory pack provides a number of useful tubes and ends for the Game Ear, including a sized set of ear buds and a right angle adapter for them. There is also a foam tip to use with the bud adapter. Finally, an extra standard tube with foam ear plug is included. Buds allow use of the Game Ear for hearing enhancement rather than protection and enhancement. The standard foam plug and tube allow replacement of a worn one used for protection and enhancement or a hygienic borrowing of the Game Ear to someone to try out.

This package contains ear tips and a connecting tube for Walker hearing assist devices. It also includes two foam earplugs which I consider to be minimally useful. I would give this page five stars if it had a spare screwdriver for adjusting the tone on my hearing assist device. I have one but if I ever lose it on bung it up, I will be out of luck because I don't see any other way to get it.

Glad I got this, at first didn't think I would need it, as it was what was in the package with the Walker's. But, one morning getting ready to leave for work, the end came off. I didn't have time to look for it just then, so opened the package and used the one's that were in it. Kept me from being late.
