Piece of Crap
I have owned CS for over a decade and have been a valued customer throughout those years. I'm on my third scanner and have enjoyed my CS up until they took CS offline and these imbeciles who bought CS, I think Dymo Rubbermaid ran a perfectly marvelous product right into the ground. Tech support says their developers are working on all the issues why Outlook 2010 64 bit is not compatible and now Outlook 2013 does not work either. Tech support says they have no way of communicating with their developers and it's no wonder since I doubt that they even exist. They have been telling me for months now that the fix for Outlook 2010 64 bit was only a few weeks away but that was 6 months ago. I called today and another tech person told me they have do idea if they are working on this or not. Really what's happened here is that Dymo bought CS to run it into the ground for a tax write off and have no plans to fix anything seeing how they don't even have any developers working on fixing anything period. It's not only a big facade but downright pathetic. It's truly a shame that the company has no sense of pride and no idea what a huge market base they have ready to be tapped into with the right upgrades and new ideas. For one, bring back the online service. This in my opinion was thinking out of the box when CS owned the company. Anyway, I'm ready to pitch all my CS shit and dump it down the sewer. If anyone knows of another product out there I'd sure like to know what it is so I can get rid of this crap once and for all. Shame on you Dymo.

DYMO has succeeded in ruining a perfectly good product. Congratulations DYMO!
I am an owner of the CS Exec, running v. 8.0.5 software. CS has been the cornerstone of my contact mgmt database for over a decade. Must admit, I cringed when DYMO bought out CS years back, worrying that a label making company would run a great product into the ground. Well, I'm sad to say, my fears were not in vain, as they have done just that. By failing to provide a 64-bit Outlook update to their software, they are essentially forcing anyone running 64-bit Outlook to throw away their perfectly good hardware and purchase another piece of plastic that's not operating as advertised. Hey DYMO <read; DUMBO>, do us all a favor and stop this lunacy! Take care of your loyal customer base by providing a simple 64-bit Outlook update and fix the 64-bit Outlook glitch on your latest CS hardware/software version. It's not that difficult.

This product is advertised as 64 bit compatible but is NOT.It was designed to work with 64 bit OS but NOT with 64 bit version ofOutlook. I Specifically replaced old Cardscan unit with the new V9 Executive to make it compatible.It is Not (contrary to any advertising) and - per tech support- There are NO plans to make it compatible with Outlook 2010 64 bit.So if you have an executive that needs this, make sure that you only install outdated versions of Outlook or you will have bought a very expensive doorstop.

Crap
This is crap. My "old" card scanner became obsolete in two years because it is not compatible with 64 bit Windows at all (no, that was never in the small print either), and that really ticked me off. Now this one is not compatible with 64 bit Outlook. Making a cardscanner that is compatible with Windows 64 bit but not Outlook 64 bit might be the stupidest thing I ever heard in my life. Their customer service is crap, their product is crap, and AMEN for Amazon's easy return policy. I will never buy another product from DYMO again.

Once a Good Product, Now a Horrible Thing
I owned CardScan Executive V8 with an 800c scanner (comes with the package) since 2008. I enjoyed it until I upgraded to Windows7 64 bit. Now, it doesn't work. Tried to get supported but Dymo support is worthless if existed. I just can't believe I am going back to punching cards letter by letter. I hate these guys (DYMO). They bought a wonderful thing with a loyal customer base and made a good pile of crap out of that.
