Weight belt
Does it's job, I only wear it for seated overhead press. It protects my lower back as I press heavyweight ( for me ). Would recommend for most unless you're a power lifter or pro bodybuilder

I recently acquired a lifting belt because I have been increasing my weight for my deadlifts and don't want to have to worry about getting a hernia. Anyways, this is the belt / company I landed on. The quality is absolutely amazing on this belt, it feels good and it also looks good. I am not a fan of their logo - but that isn't why I bought the belt. I tested it the same day I received it and wow. I felt more secure and confident in my ability and I ended up lifting an extra 20 pounds extra that day. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this belt to anyone who is considering getting one.
