This is a pair shoes right?

No it's not shoes and it's not pair shoes too. Look at this video you will see my pair boots.

Two questions: Shifter protection is on the right boot? My calf is 13". Will these boots be too big in the calf?

On both right and left don’t know about calf

Do these fit easily under shifter?

Yes they fit very well under the shift lever. I ride a 03 883 hugger and these boots are very comfortable.
