Abri Flex M3 Abena Intense Review
I Am A Male With A Rare Form Of Stress Incontinence And Have Over Active Bladder And Urge Incontinence As Well... I Was Diagnosed 2 Years Ago And Have Been Incontinent Day And Night... I Have Chronic Leaking After I Pee... So I Have To Go All The Time And Then I Leak Right After... It's No Fun However I Have Tried Every Pull Up And Tape Up Product On The Market And It's Either Cheap, Scratchy, Doesn't Hold Up When I Am Active Or Makes Me Hot And Uncomfortable... This was my last option and I tried it and these are amazing... They are the softest lightest underwear you have ever touched or put on... They are super absorbant.. The longest I have went with them on on is 10 hours and they stay in place with minor readjustments... I am always doing squats and working out so moving and staying cool is more then achievable... I am a size 32 waist and 33 on a bad day... And The Medium Abri Flex M3's Meet My Needs... I love these so much and I never been able to accept myself until I found this remarkable product... These will blow you away and won't bunch up or become stiff no matter how much you move or sweat... These are the future

Fantastic product
This is a fantastic product. It has a high level of absorbency, high capacity and neutralizes odor. The only negative is that the central core is a bit stiff and does not easily conform to human anatomy which 1) makes it appear bulky and 2) adversely affects the wearer's gait. (Its like trying to walk with a rolled up newspaper stuffed between your legs.) If you have a true medical need I highly recommend it for daytime and nighttime use. However, if you have no medical, or minor medical need for a diaper and are using it purely because you are a diaper lover (DL) AND are "in the closet" about your use of diapers you may wish to limit your use to night time. For daytime, go with a lower capacity garment that conforms to the body so that the diaper is not conspicuous and does not change your gait.

These are the very best pull-ons for my elderly brother
These are the very best pull-ons for my elderly brother. I use them with their liner that is self-adhesive. With this combo plus a diaper brief my brother never wets his bed anymore. This is the only pull-ons with their self-adhesive liner that have ever totally prevented my brother from wetting his bed. It holds him from 8 to 10 hours successfully. It has cut down on the bedding laundry amazingly. They are also the most comfortable pull-ons he has ever worn (with out the linder and other brief) for daily use. They are ultra comfortable with a terrific fit for daily fit. This is the very best pull-on pants product I have ever used for him. The next best was Tranquility pull-ons, but this Abri-Flex Premium pull-ons is the best by far. Test the size out first. Ask the company for 2 samples. The size medium was too small for my brother but the size large was just right. They run slightly smaller in same sizes with the Tranquility pull-ons. Once you find the size you like you can order them in bulk from certain companies and then they are cheaper then Tranquility pull-ons. Both wonderful products.

Great for 90lb 12 year old child with special needs
I can't love these enough! We have a 12 yr old with a physical disability that requires him to need pull up and nighttime diapers. We have purchased both types of these in this brand. I have searched and searched for something that would fit him, not leak and was comfortable for him to wear. Also something that didn't make him feel self conscious by being noisy. These have fit every criteria for us.The elastic waist is tapers inward which makes for a very good fit. He is 12 and weights 90lbs we purchased the ME size of the briefs ( and diaper). Finding a size that is in-between the Good nights by Pull- Ups and adult small briefs was beginning to feel impossible. I tried every brand from drugstores and our medical supply store, nothing fit him well. Another mom told me about this brand and I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. If you are a parent of a child with special needs you understand that once they size out of toddler sizes it becomes very hard to find items in their size. These have impressed me.They are very absorbent, and my son is a heavy wetter. He also needs coverage for bowel movements. These are very good containing and absorbing that as well. The briefs do have a high waist band that shows over the tops of his pants, but it easily and comfortably folds down without loosing function. I highly recommend these briefs and the diaper style as well. My son tells me that they are soft and not itchy like the others have been.Sizing can look a little confusing. We went by weight and not waist size. That seemed to give us a better fit.

Size Up!
I really didn’t want to wear iprotected underware, but I’ve grown to accept the necessity. They are the best briefs no leaks; however , the sizing has changed to a smaller size. I’ve Werara medium, and I almost thought I ordered a small. I’ve been using these for years. My advice to others SIZE UP. I wasted money on this pack. You can’t send them back now. Yes I am very upset, because Abri-Flex could have and should have note, but they let us customers believe the sizing was the same.

Leaky
Got these for my mom for a trip. She’s not generally incontinent but occasionally has urgency, and in case we were stuck in a long line in Disneyland, I thought these would be a good safety net. They don’t show or crinkle under her jeans, so that was nice. But she decided to wear one to bed one night as a test run, felt the urge to tinkle a little, did, it came through almost immediately. Waste of money.

The best that I've found
I've tried many brands of pull ups for my incontinent spouse and I have found these to be the best. Because they fit better than the others I tried, he has less leakage. They are thin in the panty part but super absorbent where it's needed. I tried a small sample pack first then ordered a case. Even my caregivers like them better than any others that we tried. They are a bit more expensive but I'd rather pay a bit more for comfort, fit, and super absorbency.

Best Product Out There
There is no product that works as well as the Abena Pull-Ons. My Father has Alzheimer's which has left him with no bladder control. There is no leakage with Abena so we're still able to take him out and about. I highly, highly recommend these.

These deserve 6 stars.
Bought these for my wife, who always bought another brand (which begins with T) and the very first time she put on a pair of these pants, she instantly felt more relaxed (she's suffered from panic attacks for the past 30 years). The pants are slightly bigger than the other brand and pull up more and are more comfortable between the legs as the other ones have caused sores. They look and feel bigger and not as tight fitting and the pad is bigger, which is vital for the purpose of these pants. My wife wishes we had vound this brand years ago. VERY much worth the price, which works out at only 78p each, where the oters are £1.10 each.Upon using them for a couple of days, my wife has found that the right hand side of the pants seems to easily rip when pulling them back up, this could be due to a couple of reasons, either the sealing process is at fault or it's just a bad batch.

Let your customers with repeat orders know about changes.
Had I written this a month ago there would have been 5stars for everything, but because of my last two orders I’m so disappointed. Why change something that works so well ? It is bad enough that a person now has to wear these every day and night so therefor looking for some comfort and discretion which the original design gave to my brother. This new ones are a completely different style, they look far a more inferior quality for someone trying to pull them on when your fingers no longer grip so well. I think because they are on a repeat order we should have been told that they were not the same style, it may seem trivial to some but it means a lot to my brother. I now have to start looking for new ones just when we thought our problem was solved.

Okay if you need discretion for moderate to heavy day time use.
I bought these for daytime use as my night time nappies are not discrete enough. I find slips difficult to change in the day when out and about so thought I'd try a pullup, and these seemed the most absorbent. As I can wet quite heavily I was a bit hesitant. They are fairly discrete, when dry I don't think anyone would notice them under jeans. When wet however they do bulk and become more noticeable. They're comfortable to wear and much cooler than a slip/nappy.Absorbency wise I definitely need to change, and fast, if I have an accident. They do hold a fair bit, but they leak at the leg guards quite easily. This has happened to me twice in the few days I've been using them, both when I sat down while quite wet. They were next to useless at night time, I soaked through them and wet the bed within a couple of hours of being asleep. But this isn't what I bought them for.All in all they're not anywhere close to a proper slip for security or absorbency but I wouldn't expect them to be, the trade off is worth it for the discretion and easy changing they provide. I have been slightly disappointed by the leaking after just one accident. But for places where I want both discretion but security if I have an accident they serve a purpose. They are also pretty pricey, which I wouldn't mind so much if they could be worn a bit longer but they are a similar price to my slips which I can wear all day, compared to a few hours with these.

These are good but so expensive.
These are the go to pads as they do hold alot of urine so night time use is perfect for these, I do recommend you wear boxers or underwear over the top the because it sags when its starts holding urine or you're be walking around like John Wayne. It works out at almost a pound a pair which is costly but it is what it is.

Far better than all the other brands
Great fit, was a Tena user for many years but when I tried these I never looked back, much better absorbency than Tena, better fit much more discreet no bulky bits even when wet, great all round product.
