Cute lock, not-cute customer service!
I love the idea of this cute lock and it does work, even though it doesn’t look like the one pictured (lock in the sale pic is black, the one I got is orange.)My issue is that it came dented out of the packaging (see pic) and because of the location of the dent and the vacuum-sealed plastic it came in, I couldn’t see that it was dented until I opened it.On the invoice that came with the lock they request you contact the company through a Hotmail email address before leaving a negative review, which I did. No response.I also tried “Contact Seller” option through Amazon and no reply there either. Technically I’m not eligible for a return because I opened the packaging, and even if I were I wouldn’t waste the time/effort shipping it back.Just be aware that yours may come damaged out of the package and there won’t be anyone to help you if you try to let them know 🤷🏻♀️🔒🙊

Super cute and a great idea!
I am torturing my kids with an escape room themed Christmas. They have to solve puzzles to get codes for various locks. I love having something different than just numbers to have an interesting code. Once Christmas is over, I look forward to using this lock for regular type uses. The pictures make it a LOT easier to remember the code.My only complaint is that the part you turn is not as smooth and sturdy as I would have liked, but it is still a fantastic lock. Excellent idea!

Good idea- but mine did not open consistently.
The pictures are easy to remember. But the lock is difficult to open. I know what you’re thinking... here’s a joker who can’t open combination locks.... 7 years working in a high school helping freshmen open lockers should be credentials enough. No- it may take a time or two to open this. This is not a ‘beginner’ lock. Great concept though.

Great fun idea
It's a typical combination lock but with pictures instead of numbers. Not terribly sturdy, but good enough for school lockers, tool boxes, interior cupboards, and such. Having pictures to remember should make it easy for children or disabled adults to use. I plan to use this in a magic act where spectators will try to choose the three picture cards that will open the lock.

Thumbs up.
This lock is pretty great. The dial-spinning action was a little rough, but we sprayed some graphite powder in it and now it works smoothly. I use it for my break room locker at work and I love the orange and black colors. It's policy at my workplace that if you bring your own lock you have to give the manager the combination so he can enter it in the database. I immensely enjoyed the fact that there was no way to enter the combo for this lock into their stupid database. Hashtag thumbs up.

Creative Lock That Works Well
The lock provides pictures instead of standard number padlocks which can be hard to see, and even harder to stop at the right number every time. This lock is great for kids, older adults, and is a great addition to my in-home escape room. It's much easier to remember 3 images rather than numbers, and there are still plenty of combinations to work with. Note that the combination is hard-coded and set by the factory, you cannot change the combination (I wish there was a way to do so, but it's still a solid lock).

Fun lock!
The first one we ordered didn’t work well, but the seller was great and sent us a new one with no hassle. The new one works a lot better It’s not the sturdiest lock in the world, but it’s been used a lot. My kids think it’s really fun!

Great for escape rooms and visual learners
I got this lock to add to my repertoire of locks used in escape rooms that I write for my Hs class. It adds variety and interest but some of my kids want one when they see it due to the ease of remembering the picture sequence and also that someone may not know what they’re looking at if they see it drawn or ¨written down¨. Great product, highly recommend !
