Will stain your hands and clothing
Don't know about the efficacy of this product but the container had a lot of the cumin power in the container and not in the capsule...which is like food dye. Didn't know it at first and it got on my hands and then stained my clothing and would only partially wash out. Hand to take the rest of the pills from the bottle with a spoon and then into my mouth so as not to get it on my hands. beware!
