Satisfied in terms of built quality to price ratio.
Pros: Portable. Small. In folded form will not easily break. Magnet hold is good enough. Keychain ring design is comfy. Wearing it on jeans belt holes every day for a week already. Don't see it breaking anytime soon. Works for charging. Works as emergency connection to power bank as intended. Haven't checked data transfer or QC3. 0/fast charging. Cons:USB A side don't have enough grip (no full size connector) so will disconnect easily if you try to charge on a move.

Does not work for iOS devices
The good: It's small, it's cute, and the magnet that snaps it into a keychain clicks firmly together. The okay: It doesn't fast-charge your USB C device regardless of what it's plugged into, but it will slow-charge MicroUSB and USB C devices fine. The bad: It flatly doesn't charge my iPad at all, no matter what I'm using to try to charge it. No matter how it's plugged in (I've read the instructions), nothing happens, with any USB charger. Boo! Maybe it works on iPhones, or perhaps older devices? I have no idea, but it doesn't work on my iPad Pro (2017 model). Boo!

Fast charge with USB C QC3, flimsy, good backup cable to keep with your powerbank
It works as a tiny USB C fast charging cable. It works as a tiny Micro USB charging cable. It fails as a keychain cable. TL;DR I plugged it into QC3 powerbank and into my USB C QC3 phone and it was fast charging. USB meter showed my phone was pulling about 16W through this cable from the powerbank which is quite impressive. It is flimsy, while I was playing with it, USB C attachment fell off. It is easily fixable and is not a problem for me since I plan on using USB C most of the time (attachment is more secure when it is on), but if your main device is not a USB C and this cable is to be used w/o USB C attachment, you may want to find something else. Magnet was a great idea when I got a look at this device.... until I took my keys from my back pocket and this thing detached from my keyring and fell off. It looks that if you break the initial magnet attraction and separate the two components just enough then the remaining magnetic pull at this point may be too weak to overcome the spring-ness of the cable itself. And apparently it can be separated by other items in your pocket easily. I was able to retrace my steps and found this thing laying on the parking lot but detaching by itself is not the behavior I usually expect from things I put on my key ring. I plan on using it as a cable to keep along with a powerbank in a small pouch, it takes almost no extra space there and can charge (potentially) devices with 3 different power ports. I fold it around my powerbank, secure it with a rubber band and in case I take my powerbank but forget a longer cable I still have a way to charge my phone on the go.

Does what it says!
After once again forgetting my cable at home, I wanted to have a way to make sure I kept an adaptor at hand. This product fits the bill perfectly. Let's review: FUNCTION USB A male on one side, and USB C male on the other side. Sliding the USB C part out reveals a very clever combination 1-sided lightning+1 side microUSB plug. The slide is sturdy enough to keep the USB C part from getting lost. I tested the following: √ Mac USB to lightning iPhone: charged, and data pass through. This is the selling point for me. It even connected through a rubber case. √ Mac USB to Micro USB (portable MiFi unit) for charging: Works, did not try data through this path. X USB power brick to USB C on a MacBook Pro: This didn't work, not super surprising. √ USB Power brick to a USB C Hub: the hub powered on, so the USB C jack is doing something. X: Note that you cannot (nor does the product advertise) powering a lightning device (iPhone) from a usb-C power source. This would have been nice, but isn't the design goal. I don't have any other USB-C phones/devices to test, but I don't see a reason why they wouldn't work. BUILD QUALITY I've only had it a few minutes so far, but so far, it looks pretty good. Plastic feels more study than expected (for the price to be sure) in my hand. The magnet holds the unit around the keyring with a solid snap. The USB-A contacts are exposed to 'the elements' so I wonder about putting a little sock around the unit. But it looks like it will hold up well. I'm not planning to use this as my main charging cable all day every day. The idea is for this to be an emergency use unit in case the cable is left at home. The rubber part of the cable is long enough that the phone can lie flat on the table next to the laptop. Hope this helps someone. To me, this is well worth the price, so 5 stars.
