Challenging gadget
My car did not come with navigation, or camera, so I thought that this gadget would fit my needs, featuring dual camera, navigation, parking assistance, more or less what I needed.I had thoroughly looked for a review, before deciding to click on the "spend money" button, but in vain, so here I am.Pros: Price and... it works.Cons: Both power and rear camera cables were not long enough for my car (in order to hide the wires), so I had to extend them. Moreover, the rear camera cable comes with a rectangular thingy at about half distance, or so, that I could not hide. I managed to place it on the top left corner of the windshield, so it doesn't bother me.To make things worse, the rear camera image on dvr was 90 degrees rotated. Yes, not 180, cause you could easily fix that. Just 90. I had to find a solution by rotating the camera and using single screw and some glue to fix it.Other: I'm reluctant to use the 3M stickers that the dvr came with, so I'm waiting for the tablet windshield holder I ordered, to hold the unit on the dashboard.I have not tested it yet extensively, so I might continue the review later.
