Very poor instructions.
This delay on break timer was not easy for me to get figured out and installed. I am familiar with wiring and have worked several years in the air-condition industry. ( that was 20 years ago) I used a multi meter to figure out what I needed to hook up because the instructions were so small I couldn't see them clearly. The symbology on the timer was not the standard symbology I am used to using for relays and similar items. The price is good but I would look for a different timer with better instructions next time.

Very handy off delay (run on) for AC motors or whatever.
This is a nice compact unit. I use to keep my central AC units air handler fan running for an extra 60 seconds. This keeps my fan running, blowing air over the still cold coils after the compressor shuts off. This gives me an extra minute of cold air on EACH cycle after the compressor shuts down. I designed a unit similar to this back in the 80's that had an ON delay and OFF delay as well as zero crossing which, really saved a lot of power. This could be used for other off delays for all kinds of electrical applications. You could connect to a relay and control DC loads as well. The applications for this are mind blowing. The connectors are excellent and it just works as designed.
