Perfect for Insanity
I bought these mat pieces because I wanted a mat for the high-impact exercises in the Insanity workout, with enough space to move freely. In my opinion, the small, narrow yoga mats do not provide adequate space for this workout. The Exervo interlocking mats provide plenty of room. I use the 6-pc set. If you want more room or will workout with a partner, you can always expand this mat by adding additional pieces, if needed. Some mats are labeled not to be used on carpets, but I use mine on cheap apartment carpeting daily, and it works well, stays intact, and does not slide. I have not tried using it on a smoother surface.STORAGE: This is versatile, since you can separate some or all of the pieces to store as you see fit. I leave the mat intact and place it behind my sofa. Nearly a foot of it is visible behind the seatback of the sofa, but it does not look bad.THICKNESS: I have the 3/4" thick mat, which provides good absorption as you land on the mat. Insanity involves a lot of quick movements and jumping. This mat has been great for my joints. I feel the 3/4" or 1" mat is a good addition to your gear if you are doing a workout like Insanity. I was concerned about this, and bought my mat based on another reviewer's comments.Overall, I am very pleased with the durability and performance of this product.

These are exactly what we were looking for - They arrived real fast, in less than a week, and were packaged well. They are thick, and fit together perfectly. We put 200 sq. ft in the basement, and they make the floor comfortable and warmer for working out. Great seller, Netfitco, and good value.

Works well on carpeted floor; Very Good product
I bought these mats for cardio workout in an upstairs apartment on carpeted floor. They do not move on carpeted floor and they do reduce impact on your knees. I'm pretty sure it also helps greatly to reduce possible noise transmission to my downstairs neighbors.Overall, its an excellent product. It also arrived very quickly (2 days from placing order).

Fantastic Gym mat .. highly recommended.
I have a gym in an out building on the property. Used to have a rug (very bad idea). This is great, no mold/mildew. Best price in the industry. Adds insulation (I use electric heat) to the floor. And best of all it's fabulous to walk on! PS: I alternated with the blue for checkerboard pattern .. love it!

Good exercise platform
I started doing the Insanity workout (in the basement with carpet over concrete) about 3 weeks ago and by the end of week 2 my knees were getting very sore, to the point I thought I might have to slow down or quit. I got these mats and now a less than week later my knees feel back to normal, so I am very happy about that.The only cons are, the mats can get a little slippery in the plank exercises, especially with all the perspiration on them and they do move a little when jumping around, but I could use double sided tape like another reviewer suggested or I just move them back while I'm gasping for breath anyway.

high quality
these are great.I am using them to babyproof my hardwoods floors for my infant who is crawling and soon to be walking. I will say the interlocking pieces are not all the same so it is a bit of a puzzle to put together. However, I intend to reuse these for an in home gym. Great cushion- very think. I recommend this item for baby proofing.

Great Customer service
After further review i found this product is of good quality, and just a little over priced, and if I went with multi colored tiles I could have saved a lot of money buying from another supplier. But, I wanted solids and paid the over the top price.

Art Studio Floor
Great floor. I installed this instead of Cork. I am so happy I did. Soft on the feet when you are standing for a few hours. Durable enough to put furniture on. Super easy to install. I got the 200 SQFT. Easy to trim and had plenty of corner and side pieces to clean up the edges. Thanks!~
