I quit smoking again and decided to try toothpicks to keep my mind off of it. It helps me more than cold turkey. The nicotine gum didn’t work for me because I was still getting nicotine. I felt the cravings more because of it. The toothpicks, in my mind, are healthier and helps me overcome the cravings. Just having something in my mouth most of the time is all I need. And I like the cinnamon flavor over the mint. The 6 pack it worth the money. When the flavor runs out, toss it in the trash and grab a new one. I will definitely buy this product again.

These tooth picks have a very refreshing and relatively subtle flavor to them, it's made out of strong wood so they last longer in your mouth. I've also noticed my mouth is cleaner and breath fresher since I've started using them.I also quit smoking a few weeks ago (from about 1/2 a pack a day for 8 years) and these have really helped. I highly recommend them to anyone going through the same thing.The only downside is the containers have a tendency to open on their own. Not all packages are like this, so I just wrap a rubber band around the ones that do.

I’ve always bought this same brand but from different sellers. This one particularly I bought the 12 pack and they are way different than how it should be. Tastes like chemicals dont waste your money

Pick a lot I do, these are my go-to pickers. Been pickin with these picks for years, never need to whittle a stick again. The flavor is keeping breath fresh, perhaps warding off illness with the essential oils. The other flavor gives me a bad headache every time but not this cin. flavor

After 22 years of smoking, I finally decided to develop a plan to quit. I prepared for my quit date by purchasing the patch to help ween me off nicotine, and these toothpicks to help with the hand to mouth habit of smoking. I have been successful in quitting and I believe the toothpicks have played an important part in that success. Other than that, it is a quality product and I recommend these toothpicks.

I was not able to find this product in my home area after Trader Joe's discontinued selling this. A different brand from a local health store I tried splintered in my mouth (a bit dangerous) and was returned.I am an oral hygiene freak. This is a good product for picking my teeth between brushing to massage my gums and freshen my breath. The taste is a bit strong but does not stay with me. It leaves my mouth feeling refreshed. Of course I travel with this product and It's great for use on long-haul flights when it's not convenient or sanitary to brush.

Love these for cleaning along gums and inbetween teeth. Make your breath fresher and they don't break easily.

First I want to say I do love these and go through lots of them while at work. So what I am about to write is more of a warning than anything else. I went through many of these, probably 6 packs before one day I developed an allergy to them. My lips swelled on the inside on both sides of the mouth. At first I wasn't sure what it was, but then after a few weeks of experimentation it is clear it is these toothpicks. Apparently cinnamon is a well known contact allergen. I never had that until using these. Admittedly I used a LOT of these and it's more than most people would. But now I can't even have one since the swelling becomes so serious.So, just a warning. These are awesome toothpicks and they get 5 stars as a product. But I gave them 3 because I feel people need to be aware this can be a serious allergic issue.
