Good product, seems to deter the little menaces. I would recommend spraying while the weather is still a bit warm, seems to.flow better. We shall see what Sring brings..

This product seemed to apply as I expected. I will have to wait until spring to see how If it kept the mice away. So far I am satisfied with the product.

It applied this around my storage shed and around the bottom of my travel trailer and have not had a mouse problem in either place. It is sticky and smells so do not apply to anything you are going to use. It comes with its own sprayer so you do not have to buy anything else. wear groves and protection goggles spraying this.

I like that it was fairly easy to apply with the sprayer included with the purchase. Easy cleanup and it seems to be working. Of course it has only been on the trailer for a week.

We bought this for our travel trailer during winter storage. Hubby sprayed it on the belly of the trailer. The TT was wrapped and stored on the side of the property which is next to the woods on a gravel driveway. It’s Feb 19 and no mice or signs of droppings!Note: Do NOT spray it in your tires.

First year using it but so far so good. Friends have used it for 3 years and highly recommended it. We passed it on to our son who has no issues

we have used this product for the last few years and have not had a problem with mice eventhough our trailer sits vacant in an area that is known for its rodent problem including chipmunks.
