Right off, in terms of size, when I opened the package containing these I was a little disappointed. Even knowing the dimensions ahead of time, I felt like they were small. That's on me though, but I'd suggest actually looking at a ruler or tape measure before ordering if like me you're looking for a decent size version.I bought these to help with some woodwork projects, and after the initial size concern, I am very satisfied with them. They are made of aluminum, so they are lightweight, but they feel sturdy. Both were perfectly square (checked with a protractor and my carpenter square), and I put them to work by clamping them to dimensional lumber to square things up. They held shape and things against a bit of torque from me, the lumber's natural shape, and the clamps without deforming or concerning me about cracking or breakage.I used them last weekend to help a friend with a minor framing project, and they were a great quick tool to use to check angles and ensure square where I could clamp them in place (unlike a speed square). I am considering picking up another set so I can use them on four corners at once for some projects.

This is a great product for positioning right angles. My husband is making a three-drawer cabinet, and the positioning clamps have made it easy and accurate. Seller is very cooperative and approachable. There was a problem with one of the knobs, and it was replaced very quickly.

These are amazing for building cabinets! They are fantastic quality. I was skeptical of buying these but so glad I did. I am ordering another set. If you are building cabinets without these you’re missing out. These are dead accurate.

I am so happy I bought these. They are very sturdy and allow a wood frame to be clamped to the square forcing the 2x4's to maintain square while the pocket screws are tightened. The only reason I deducted 1 star was because there was a dent on one edge that prevented it from sitting flush on that face. One minute with a file fixed the problem but did remove the nice red paint.

Constantly finding more uses for them.

I bought two sets of these to keep in my toolbox. They are very useful for setting up square joints. I like that they are thick enough that I can clamp them to the wood. As a bonus, it's a little harder to lose them on my workbench since they are red!

I’m pretty happy except that the clamping holes seem to be some random diameter that will not fit any of my clamps. If I really need to I’ll just drill them out.Still, you can use a regular F clamp and there is enough room to do it in most cases.But don’t be fooled by the woodpecker looks, there are corners cut for that huge price difference
