Skeleteen Zombie Skeleton Flamingo Yard Ornaments with Stakes, Pack of 2

I can see what people were talking about with the bone color not being as bright of a white as I had hoped for. The black on mine is find. I also don't think anyone walking on the street can tell the white isnt bright enough. Mine arrived with all of the necessary parts and no defects. I am also planning to eventually paint over the white parts with a glow in the dark paint because I believe that would make them a much better outdoor decoration.

Had read reviews, and thought, maybe we'll get lucky and ours will be painted well. Nope. If only they had held the spray template closer to the birds so there wouldn't be overspray, and if they had sprayed heavier for a better cover, then this truly would have been a great set. I find the quality of the birds themselves better/sturdier than the regular pink flamingos I have from another brand.I haven't asked for a replacement of refund because I don't think I would get a better painted set, and I wanted these silly birds. I thought I'd paint them myself, forgetting that my painting skills are like those of a 6 year old, plus you need the right paint to hold up outside. So now I'm "Meh" about these birds, when I could have been "Yay!" Missed opportunity.

A "zombie skeleton flamingo" is a silly novelty item. The pair I received were very poorly spray painted. It looks like the spray gun had almost run out of paint. The skeleton is white bones on a black body. the white paint is so thin that the black shows through -loosing the skeleton bones look.

I saw this one on an Amazon Giveaway and decided to take a chance, and they are great. Made in the USA, come well pacakaged, super easy to assemble. We live in the Pacific Northwest and I can tell you they hold up to rain just fine! Everyone who has seen them loves them, at least out here no one has ever seen anything like it and it is inspiring the neighborhood to look for other fun items.

I save 5 star reviews for truly exceptional items....this is one of those!The two birds are not identical. Which is a wonderful thing. They are quality and look great in my garden. I love them so much I just ordered another pair as a bday present. If you love sugar skulls, day of the dead, zombies. Or just a truly unusual piece of yard art, you will not be disappointed. Even my husband had to admit they were pretty cool!

I rated them a 4 because they're not very sturdy. For the price, I think they're very cheaply made. However, as you can see from the picture, they're very cute. We get some strong wind gusts here and I'm sure they'll blow around if that happens. The birds' bodies are very light plastic and the "stakes" are thin and not very sturdy at all.

Bought on a lark, these have turned into my very favorite decoration for Halloween/Day of the Dead. They're fantastic! Look great, easy to set up, durable, easy to take apart and store. I've never gotten so many compliments on anything I put in my yard. Love them!

I like to "suprise" my mom with holiday decorations. She never knows what she's going to wake up and find on the lawn. I bought these and was very surprised when she kept them! She even moved them into her annual pumpkin/cornstalk display. The summer pink flamingos now have a set of spooky goth cousins that will visit every halloween.
