SZMWKJ Solar Tracker Tracking Single Axis Electronics Tracker Controller Panel

I have been thru 5 different controllers for my three panels for single stage tracking and this one appears to be the best one so far. Just installed and it works from the start but will reserve for a final evaluation with time. The package came very professionally wrapped and the layout and manufacturing was very professionally done. Adjustments with surface screws and the remote infrared controller are nice. Best one so far. Still trying to figure out adjustments to make it turn to the East in the evening.In the picture you can see two secondary 30 amp relays that pass the power my 3 pistons require. Using diodes to make the relays respond in one direction then the other from the controller output signal are shown. I tried a 12 volt power supply at first and after a year it started putting out 50 volts and burned out everything. I use a small battery and tickle charger now. Retired Central Idaho Engineer.Now, it has been operating for two months and is doing fine. Recommend it.Update, April 2021, still working.

I purchase the Single Axis Solar Tracker because I love precision and I love gadgets. I hooked it up to two 100-watt panels in my garden area to power a water pump, a couple of greenhouse fans and other devices to make my garden growing as automated as possible. I was excited to have the tracker working so upon receiving it, I hurriedly installed it as quick as I could, and in my haste I hooked up the 3 wires that come from the light sensor incorrectly to the 3 contacts on the controller for limit relays if you were to need them. The incorrect termination of the 3 wires from the Light Sensor caused tracker not to track at all and the controller’s Status Light to flash a sequence indicating that the solar tracker was operating under a cloudy sky even though it was a bright sunny day. (In my haste) I immediately thought there was a problem with the solar tracker, and I wrote a request for help in amazon’s “Customer Questions and Answers” section of the Customer Review area. The question then went out to the “Community.” I received a response from the supplier SZMWKJ in less than 24 hours. They offered some advice base on my description of the problem. With no success after doing as they advised, I returned another email. Again, I swiftly received a response with another action to take but still I didn’t have any success. At that point, the SZMWKY technician I had been communicating with, asked me to send a short video of my system. After they received the video that included a shot of the controller up close, I quickly received a response from the technician that my wiring of the controller was incorrect and how to correct it. I was so excited to hear of my mistake that I went out that moment, in the dark with a flashlight and tools and corrected the wiring mistake. The next morning, I awoke and ran outside to see the solar tracker working perfectly! Like a beautifully written piece of music, the solar tracker was in harmony with the sun. I am highly impressed with the product and more importantly for me, the outstanding customer service. In fact, I ordered another of the same tracker from SZMWKY for different system I am building for my home.

I hooked 2 of these solar trackers up on my portable wind and solar hybrid system. They work very nicely so far. Very easy to install.

Does the job and does it well, no issues at all and holding up to high speed winds makes this perfect.

In general the procedure is well organized. The DHL in Germany is not very fast.However the overall process ist ok.
