Havells I Cool 175mm Personal Fan (White Maroon)

I really wonder how so many reviews are saying that the fan is noisy.Remarkably I find the fan to be pretty silent...the very faint noise is of the air being cut by the blades.The best part is the portability of this little fellow....a small handle on its head plus it's light weight makes it very easy to move around the hse.Also this chap can be mounted on the ceiling or wall. Mounting accessories have been neatly provided with specific instructions for wall and ceiling mount.Those who cannot bear the excess air throw of pedestal fans or ceiling fans or wall mount fans even at basic first setting and want a very basic air throw ....that is not too strong on their office seats or near exact places of comfort can surely buy this nice fan...this fan is for limited spaces where the individual wants a light brush of air which isn't too much for office papers on the table to go swirling nor one's head gets an ache with excess air throw or catch that sudden cold due to hard hitting air throw...can purchase this fan....I find it perfect for my office seat....it gives me the perfect light air throw which neither hits my head nor will it give me a cold nor will it swirl the papers around me....Build quality is good...controls are simple....there's very negligible noise of the air being cut by the blades...and various mounting options with supplied accessories .....Those with highly specific expectations of wanting a comfortable air throw (not too much and not too less , just that perfect continuous small breeze) in small spaces serving one individual can buy this fan.Hence being this individual....I issue full marks.

The media could not be loaded. This seller repeatedly sending defective product.First received this Fan and it make noise during operating. Fan blade touching the cover and made huge noise.So applied for replacement and today received replacement fan with same problem. Now applied for refund. See the attached video guys. I contacted Havells for warranty and spares and they have denied my claim due to unavailability of spares. They recommended me to exchange the product with same seller.

It is not bad enough to discredit, Not good enough to get recommended.Here are some points why,Pros:1) Plastic shell makes it lighter & No electrifying shock from shell.2) Airflow is well simply put, good in fact better than any 175mm fan in the market. It has three speed settings.3) Fan Blade, Rotor assembly screams Quality work.Cons:1) Outer shell build quality is an example of cost cutting, the finishing on the shell wasn't perfect, the extra plastic on the shell lining after moulding, was still intact.2) The swivelling is also not too complimenting, in fact is more or less useless.3) Noise level is too much to bear. Either enjoy good airflow & bear Noise, or Relax your eardrum & sweat.

Speed,ease of use

Noise level is too much. It is not value for money. Such small fan should be under Rs 1000. However, it is good that it can be installed on wall/roof as per requirement

strictly only for 2 feet distance air. if u are looking for 5 feet distance air pressure then this is not the right choice. u can use it in kitchen like install near the face where ladies stand n cook or keep it near to area where ladies stand n cook. noise is there like minor noise as the blades are plastic one.

I bought this fan to be placed in kitchen. The power cord is adequately lengthy. The fan is small enough but also powerful. Good air flow. very useful in the kitchen because it is not disturbing the flame of stove.

not worth the price. no air flow. i have to order again of some other brand
