Charing 2 times the MRP of the product
I purchased this product for my CP Plus CCTV system because the 2018 model DVR is not compatible with other adapters like TP-Link. The product is functioning well, but they charged me ₹922 for it, whereas the MRP sticker on the packaging indicates a price of ₹450. Kindly refund my

Purchased for cp plus DVR n soon i connect it i am able to c live . This only perfectly suits because I already have but that doesn't work n not connected via jiofi m2s device for this purpose. One who wants to get connected to cp plus DVR can blindly go ahead ... Super

Raspberry Pi can detect the dongle as a rtl8192cu device and load the firmware automatically. Nice.

Works well on OpenBSD and Linux without any additional drivers
The chipset of the item I received is Realtek RTL8188CUS, so I got the V1 (not V2) version. If you are looking for a specific chipset you may be making a gamble but my risk paid off.I bought this to use with a laptop whose built-in wifi doesn't have drivers for OpenBSD. The device works perfectly on OpenBSD 7.3 via the urtwn driver (included with OpenBSD).The device also works well on Linux without any additional drivers, I'm running kernel version 5.15.104.The device has a small green LED which when I was first setting up the device was blinking (not sure what this means), but after initial setup it has stayed solid green. The LED is not too bright.I’m very happy with this device so far.

It works, but it has a weak signal
I bought this wireless adaptor to use with Neverware's CloudReady OS (Chromium), since my laptop wireless hardware/ drive is not supported by the OS. Good news is that it worked, bad news is that my router is behind one door and one plaster wall. This was enough to drop the connection speed from 30mb/s (by the router) to 1.5mb/s where I really use my laptop. I don't have this issue with any of my other laptops. So, it is OK if you have a direct line of sight of the router if not, I would avoid this product.
