I can't say enough good things! Super easy to install (I did get some shorter screws because the ones it came with were too long for my cabinets), functional, slides easily, holds 3 large cups easily on each side, super sturdy, made my coffee cabinet look so much more organized, and it's a 2 pack!!

Nice quality, unfortunately my area is too small to hang both so i only used one, and i didn’t notice that the bottom has a lip so i can’t pull the mug rack out. So examine and measure your area before buying! Another complaint was that i couldn’t fit all my mugs on the rack, the hooks are close together, and i have normal sized mugs.

Too wiggly

Beware. This does not come with the screws. Doesn’t provide installation instructions. I am 75 yrs old and fairly capable but this was not easy toDrill where the holes are and keep it steady to screw in the screws that I had to purchase. Disappointed. As it doesn’t roll out as smooth as you would expect it to.

very good, and easy to install

I love it, very sturdy and secure and it has a very smooth glide. Perfect space saver. Definitely getting more since I’m a chronic cup collector.

Works fine for me but why there is so many hooks if you have to skip one to fit mugs?

I returned it. It seemed counterintuitive to mount mug hooks “inside” the cabinet. It’s supposed to be “saving space” but an inside mount saves no space at all.
