I am a professional triathlete and Ironman champion that has been a recovery nut for many years. I was first introduced to soft-tissue tools by my PT with the presentation of Achilles tendonitis. The long-bar tool of this set is a godsend for those people looking to perform self-treatment as there are no easy ways to hit much of the body, think hamstrings. Just place one leg on a chair and you get right into those hamstrings by yourself and with a lot of pressure if you would like. The smallest tool is great for fingers and toes. The other tools are great for hitting smaller areas like the knees, elbow, shoulder joint, and neck or hitting smaller sections of big tissue again like the IT Band, quads, or calves. If you are into soft-tissue work these tools are a must buy!!! You won't regret it!

This kit is amazing! I learned about this technique through my chiropractor who uses it on me weekly, however it was recommended that I continue the work at home to break down scar tissue from years of sports injuries it relieves pain and soreness in my muscles, legs, hands, feet, plantar facia, neck, calves back and hips and it works like a charm. The set is gorgeous and looks professional, it comes with gloves and a carrying case. Just get some coconut oil and you're ready to feel better!

Managed a practice using Graston tools which are over 2K because of the brand name. I’ve used them hundreds of times. Now I own my own practice and realize that’s a ridiculous amount of money for this type of tool. Enter this product!!! The weight is dead on!!! My clients are reporting great outcomes and I cannot detect any difference in quality of treatment despite the brainwashing from the Graston trainers. Buy these! You will not be disappointed. The only negative is the case which may not hold up long but doesn’t affect the quality of the tools ☺️

I'm a marathon runner and climber - these tools aid in recovery. My legs and arms heal faster and get me back to running and climbing faster. They are made super solid - so probably last a lifetime is my guess. The different shapes and sizes allow you to get all of your major muscles. Highly recommend.

These are very nice tools. They have a highly polished appearance, are very heavy, and are solid not hollow. They have well shaped edges making them easy to hold, as well as easy to use.

I received my IASTM tools ahead of the listed date which was a bonus as I could use them at my clinic the next day.The tools were as promised, very comfortable to use and comfortable on my clients.I would recommend this set to anyone who uses Myofascial tools as part of their practice and is easy on the budget as well. Tools are excellent but case is poor quality, the plastic handle started peeling right away. But you should be trained prior to purchasing or rethink your purchase if you have no training with Anatomy, massage pain management or licensed therapist because you can cause harm to the clients. these tools are Not you your everyday person

I bought these for my girlfriend who is a massage therapist. She loves them and said that they are awesome quality. She has been able to help several of her clients with breaking down scar tissue and tendon repair. They also help give her hands a break so she will be able to have a long career in massage!
