ITs a bit slower than the lapidary dop pots, but it's so much cheaper that I dont care. It gets the job done.

Slightly higher maximum temperature than other DOP wax melter stations. Temperature control is awesome and set temperature remains steady.

Works well for melting wax for lapidary work.

Knob melted off on my first use, on half of the heat setting...
