great for birthdays!
I was very pleased with this banner. The clothespins are easy to attach and the ribbon is more than long enough to spread the photos out. I was able to easily cover a double window. Not all the clothespins were perfect, but since I was adding the adhesive myself, if one was damaged, I just made sure that side faced away. For the price though, it is awesome.

Clip issue
When attaching the clips to the banner make sure everything is where you want it to be first. Could not slide horns once clips were on. Clips also didn't last more than a day. Otherwise worked for the purpose.

You have to manually put this together
I loved this item! It was a favorite for my daughters bday party! Although I didn't know that you had to manually put it together. Clothes pins, string, and all. So of you do buy this makesure you get it ready a day in advance so it's ready on time. Other than that I give this item an A+
