I use these in sandals because they are clear. They are always too short because they are made for Oriental feet, but they cushion my heels and the balls of my feet.

Good cushioning for footwear.
As I suffer from arthritis in my feet and I bought these to go in some kitten heel boots I bought to cushion them. They work really well and have made the boots extra comfy. They are very sticky and a bit fiddley to get in boots but well worth the trouble and stay in place, shoes will be easy. I would definitely buy again and recommend.

They have a peal off backing so they actually stick into the shoe
