Superb workmanship, this is a comfortable sturdy bench which sits well in my garden.

Excellent product - well made and finished with no rough patches. Comfortable and sturdy with a smooth surface making it a pleasant bench to relax on.

As this was a present for my mum I was so pleased with the quality. The joints were properly made with a hand crafted feel, solid and sturdy, quality wood and comfortable to sit on. The delivery service was excellent and arrived before the expected date. An email conversation with Leanne made sure that she kept me up to date with the delivery and made sure it was delivered in a timely fashion. The driver was helpful and curtious placing the bench in the garden for me. Will buy my next set of garden furniture with this company

Having bought a Gloucester 4' teak bench , which arrived in 3days, as advised by Jati, despite the multitude of longer dates given on Amazon, I raised a small issue. Call was taken by a very pleasant member of staff who took details and would arrange for someone to call me back. Hmmmm, I thought. However Carina Glanville , Senior Manager soon phoned and spent 10mins discussing the matter in a very pleasant, calm and rational manner. Not the 'You've got your bench, We've got your money, tough' attitude that some companies adopt. A very satisfactory solution was agreed, result 'one happy customer' , which was Carina's only aim. A great company to deal with, will use them first next time, you should. The bench?, nearly forgot, a lovely piece of classy garden furniture, should last for years and great value for money. All Companies could learn the right way to do business from Jati / Cyan.Very Happy Customer.

Arrived very promptly and is of very sturdy construction. No visible fasteners from the top of the bench, and only a few countersunk screws on the bottom underneath the seat. A very solid bench.

Arrived early today lovely item excellent service

Bench was bought as a memorial for my dad. Jati answered all my questions promptly and were able to get a customised plaque made quickly. The bench is beautiful, sturdy and well made and arrived promptly. We have also coated it in their teak protector which has turned it a lovely rich brown colour. I would definitely recommend this bench and the company!

Delighted with the bench - Sturdy and well made. Great and efficient delivery - phoned to give delivery date and then arrived as promised.Very pale in colour upon delivery - so I treated with Teak oil which did darken the colour but matched other garden furniture ... very happy.
