Poor quality
This could be a good machine, but the quality is quite poor. On arrival, the backpack engine needs to be connected to the hand controls. Unfortunately, the throttle cable was assembled incorrectly preventing connection. As I am an Engineer, I dismantled the hand throttle and found that the internal workings were incorrectly clamped.Once the machine was running it works reasonably well. However, it does tend to vibrate lose a lot of the fixings. There do not seem to be contact details for the seller in order to resolve or ask for advice. The instructions are for the normal strimmer models, not the backpack unit. Granted it is cheap, however, I would buy a better quality unit next time.

Great brilliant
It took a while to get everything put together. But once i put the fuel in it has some power does everyting at ease. Well worth the money

Cheap
Not as powerful as I had hoped and the tank seems small. Fiddly assembly, bad instruction manual. Design seems flawed the drive shaft can shift. Temporarily usable. But wish I waited to get a better one. For the price it’s ok. Digs into your back and puts out a lot of fumes

Terrible quality and difficult to use.
I purchased this to use as a strimmer. When trying to start it the frame bent and cracked like the photo. Never managed to get it started and complete waste of money

Awful quality
I actually bought this product from it's actual website but thought I'd put on here to make people aware and to not waste a penny on this. It comes all in pieces you have to even connect the wires to the carb. It feels and looks like a toy. I'll give it credit where its due as it does have good power but that's about it...

Good price but reflected in quality
no assembly instructions, Quality of components low. Arrived in a box which looked like it had been dragged from a pond--torn open with items hanging outBackpack harness very poor makes unit very hard to operate

Wasn't as expected
The backpack is too small and the flex attachment from the engine is too stiff and always comes unattached when trying to use the long reach hedge cutter attachment I would definitely not recommend buying this product
