I was skeptical but reiki products have had a good review so I took my chances. Its a genuine quartz stone , smoky and cloudy with little imperfections ( every natural stone will have imperfections) if its a smooth and flawless stone then it will b extremely costly.And I used it. I hv acute sinusitis and wanted to take something for my face massage. Have used it and its very soothing and relaxing even after 5 hrs. The stone is cool and v therapeutic. If u have agening skin and aear nose and puffiness issues ,this will prove to be beneficial. I won't say that its 100 percent effective now as I have just started using it but as a product its genuine and I feel very relaxed after using it. Felt good 👍 worth the but for this price inr 700

The media could not be loaded.  Its a good product. Not a 100% pure but I think it is worth the pricetag!This product feels cool and soothing even when kept at room temperature. For people who want ice cold product can certainly keep it in the refrigerator or a bowl of ice a couple of minutes before use for better results!

I wouldn’t be able to say if it is pure quartz but the packaging and the Stone was all intact and is rose gold in color which looks very cute I use it everyday since the last 2 weeks after my sheet mask or night serum and it hasn’t chipped off or broken.Don’t know if it does anything else. But good for face massage

The product is just as described. Very easy to hold and use. Helps blood circulation all over the face and skin feels smooth immediately after 1st use.

Hi. I got my roller yesterday and it broke into two pieces while I was using it on my cheeks. Obviously I think the quality is compromised because I have a jade roller from another company and this has never happened before. I am unable to return it since you have a no return policy. Please exchange this with a new roller since I have had it with me for less than 24 hours. Thank you.

Worth fr money spend.. better than jade roller ... And it's looks sooooooo pretty... By the way handle with care .. absolutely not for the messy girls like me😒.. hope it'll nt get break
