Very little if any noticeable difference
The product itself seems to be of good quality materials, just did not deliver the promised results. I have always been on a well usually with iron being the main issue. Now I am on city water with the deposits left behind everywhere really annoying not to mention the dryer skin and soap not lathering. I have also always had a salt softner, but decided to give this a try since it is about half the cost of a softner and installs very easily, and my softner would be down in the basement with steep stairs to access for lugging salt bags. Sadly, this didn't do the trick. All the dishes still have white spots, soap still barely lathers, skin still feels dry and itchy. I also noticed that this hard water is not fixed even with my alkaline water filter/pitcher. That means even my drinking water has these deposits and I have to scrub the container, dog bowl, electric water kettle etc. Guess I will be installing a regular softner when I save up some more money because I know that will work. Sooner rather than later since the house I bought is basically brand new (completely renovated earlier this year) and I don't want to destroy all my new appliances and fixtures. I am guessing this is the best of the best for the electric style, so I would say don't waste your money on one of these types.Edit 7/7/2019It is now unhooked after trying it in different places on the water lines. The salt based water softener is now installed.

Like magic
We have had serious limescale problems for the past ten years. This has ruined appliances, built up on faucets and glass shower doors, disabled the heating elements in our hot water heaters, left thick scale in the bottom of our tea kettle. The idea of dealing with a water softener and replacing salt seemed a pain, so we thought we would give this a try. We've had it installed for about 6 weeks. The result has been amazing. Our glass doors stay sparking clean, the black kitchen sink no longer has white residue all over it, and little by little the scale is coming off the bottom of our tea kettle. It does just what it promises. Installation took no more than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this to anyone with lime problems in their water! It's so much easier and cheaper than a water softener or filtration system.

Died after a year
Cannot recommend this product. I'm sure it did what it was supposed to do while it was working. But it stopped working after a year. This is not good for a product that cost two Benjamins.

It works for me
I notice significant reduce of the white powder or white stain accumulation on my food steamer, electric kettle and shower door after 1 month. Now after 3 months, results are consistent.

Most of these comments are for a berky water filtration system?
So really there's only 2 reviews... what gives? This Yarna seems to good to be true. I guess time will tell however, if it works as claimed then why wouldn't everybody have one? No more salt to buy venturis to clean and more space. Let me know when there flying out the door and people are commenting on the right product;-}

What you expect it to do.
It was easy to install and seems to be working.

Died after 6 months. Can't recommend.
It seemed to work well....while it lasted. Sadly, for an expensive item, it doesn't last very long.Live and learn.Ordered a replacement from a different company. Hopefully, that one will last longer.
