Neko Sock Curved Double Pointed Knitting Needle Set (US 0 (2.0 mm))

Before I reviewed them I wanted to knit a pair of socks. I cast on for the first sock and it took a while to get used to them. They knit okay, they have a bit more grab than I care for but the needles don’t slide out. I did struggle with which direction to point the other end of the needle otherwise it poked my other hand but my hands didn’t hurt while using them, which is what I was looking for. I cast off the first sock and went to cast on for the second and one of the needles snapped while casting on, I was trying to scoot the yarn along the needle and it broke. I was really interested in using these, but not so interested that I’m willing to buy them if they break that easily.

One needle broke halfway through the 2nd sock. One would expect more durability from needles. On the plus side, they promptly sent out a replacement needle.

These are made to thin,one broken my first project with them.

Compared to a competitor these needles are no where near as good. Needles are entirely plastic. Personally I do not like plastic needles. However these needles came in a size I like to use knitting socks,1.5 US.

Easy to work with and looking forward to stop using regular double pointed needles

in the size I got, 2.0mm, the needles feel a little too thin and flexible. They're smooth and work well, but they're not as comfortable for me to use as some others I have. I think they'd be great in a larger size. I would order them again in larger sizes.

Not really sure if I like the needles or not. They are not easy to use, and practice does not always make progress. I feel the texture of the needle is not superb--as I notice pitting on the needles, and I have used to make 11 hats.

The quality is fine but as a knitter, I couldn’t get the hang of the technique.
