Seems to do the job. It clears my nasal passages. (Under "rate features" for this product there are "sheerness" and "warmth" categories. No comprende! What does this have to do with saline?)

My favorite irrigation
I like this product because it’s gentle and doesn’t sting when I irrigate. It also dissolves easily in sterile water.

Works Well
I like the SinuAir Powdered Saline better than any other kind I have used when making a saline rinse for my sinuses. I use two packets to make it stronger and mix it with water in a 16 oz. bottle. I always get some results with it.

It works without any burning to your nostrils.
Use it for my electronic nasal rinse doesn't burn at all just use it with about 10 oz of water.

It works so much better than other products.
This product is more expensive than other similar products, but it works amazingly well. It makes me feel better for a longer time. I will keep buying this, but I don't like the smell, that's why I gave only 4 stars. Probably I'll get used to the smell soon though.
