Good book
My book came were with writing in it which honestly annoyed me because it was on literally every page but it was in pencil so I could erase. Anyways the book is amazing by itself. Worth the read

This book is very sad to read
It was very easy to feel involved with main character and feel sorry for her but the ending was very disappointing because they did not find the murderer

Help from beyond the grave.
I read this book a few years back. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to purchase it for my library (the one I read was borrowed from a friend). My daughter is reading it right now. I know she will like it as much as no did.

An important book ruined by a bland reading.
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold.Let me begin by saying that I saw the movie before listening to the book, unfortunately narrated by the author. The movie has stayed with me all this time as it was painfully and masterfully realistic. The author's reading was bland; lifeless. The author began this CD by telling us of the years she would read about the murders of girls, but the girls were just faces in the papers. Then she begins reading and empty words without life are heard. The movie was so much more substantial, but then the characters were played by professional actors which the author has proved not to be.This was an important book on a subject that was excellently detailed ruined by an author who choose to read her own work.

The Lovely Bones
A story of tragedy and hope for a family who has lost someone very dear to them, and how they try to move on. Susie Salmon was murdered on her way home from school by her neighbor. The story narrated by her, you follow her from murder to heaven. She watches over her family and witnesses their hardships since she has been gone.I really enjoyed reading this novel. It has been on my TBR for a very long time. So glad I was able to read it. A wonderful concept of the narrator being the murdered girl because she can oversee everyone she was ever involved with; her family, her murderer, her school friends, etc. Highly recommend.
