Overall, this handheld printer is very easy to use. I didn’t even read the manual before putting it together. Part of the reason was that the quick instructions on the box had a few typos and didn’t completely make sense—but they did give me a good laugh. The print quality is surprisingly good, and the ink dries extremely fast. One small trick I learned is to place the printer down on the surface first and then press the print button—this helps ensure clean, straight results. The included template is also helpful for keeping longer text aligned horizontally, though it does add a small extra step. It’s very easy to change the text, font, and size. I bought this to print my store logo and a greeting on packaging boxes, and it works great for that purpose!

The product showed up in an undamaged box from amazon. When I unboxed it and tried to use it the gun was completely unresponsive. I then tried to charge it to see if that would fix it, but it did not. There is nothing I can do to get this thing to work. I will not have to wait over a week to get my replacement, I needed the gun quickly to get a project done and now I will miss my deadline due to a faulty product.

This printer is a solid performer. We have been using it for more than a year with no issue. The touchscreen is super responsive. Printing is clean and crisp. The battery lasts for a very long time. All around great product. From my experience, I highly recommend this printer.

I purchased this unit for labeling hot sauce woozy bottles with the lot code and expiration dates, the ink adheres well to glass and once it is dried it is waterproof. I looked at a lot of theses handheld inkjet printers and I am very happy that I chose this one. The print quality is great, it was easy to figure out how to use it and it even comes with a nice little case to keep it in. If you are someone like me that is manufacturing hot sauces it works great, if you need it for marking boxes it works great for that as well. The first unit I purchased has a small issue with the photo electric eye working and after contacting customer service they were more than happy to take care of the issue, very quickly as well! I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service!

After finally getting in touch with the Seller, she was good in giving instruction to make it worked. We are satisfied now with the product.

What is the warranty period on this device battery? Mine did not even last 4 months it wouldn’t hold the charge for more then 1 min even when I charge whole night.
