They didn't help at all
These insoles didn't help at all. I cut around the size 6 part of the sole to fit them into my shoes - but they were far too small and slipped all the time - most uncomfortable. Perhaps it was because they kept slipping that they didn't help my arthritis one iota?

Wrong size guide.
Size guide for cutting is completely wrong hence they ended up too small .A waste of money
