Okay, so I installed this on my 2004 F250 6.0l. Install was easy and straight forward. Only negative thoughts I really have is about the gauge itself, it is a bit to crowded to be able to see it clearly. This is not a problem with the gauge as they do sell other ones that have a smaller range of numbers which would therefore clear up the gauge a bit. If I was to buy again I would buy the one with the shorter range. I have a video on my YT channel under A Guy And His Projects where I go over how it looks and functions. I did not do a how to video like I normally do though.

I just purchased this 2200 degree gauge to replace a 1500 degree gauge that I have used for years without any issues. The reason for the replacement was that I never expected my exhaust temp to frequently exceed 1500. The gauge is made well and does a great job displaying exhaust temp. It goes without saying that I would buy this again.

This gauge is easy to read compared to the one i had prior. It lights up well the digital numbers are easy to read a glance even without my glasses on and the analog portion of the gauge is quick to tell if the temps are moving in the direction you want up or down. The install was much the same as the prior one. If you have decent mechanical skill and a drill with good bits its not too hard to install if not then have someone do it for you. Quality seems better than what I expected for the price. I would recommend this gauge to someone wanting one the only down side is there are only a few nigh time settings and even the lowest one is a bit brighter than someone may like and you can only dim you dash lights down a little before it switches back to full bright. If you like bright or semibright gauges this will be no problem but if you like dim gauges at night then look elsewhere.

Great Gauge.... I didn't need all the 1300-2200 range with my 2010 Golf TDI, but it was a good price. I would give it 5 stars but it is still too bright for me on the lowest of the three brightness settings. Other than that it is very reliable and works exactly as expected. Oh and one other thing, Not sure but it seems to have red LEDs that can be activated but not sure how - the instructions didn't say anything about it. Would be cool if one could set the warning temperature to turn the entire gauge red to warn you that you need to back off. Just a thought.The sensor was excellent quality and the wires were plenty long enough. Well protected with wiring braid/armor also.

Straightforward install, easy to read. I installed in overhead center consol and the wire harness was 6 to 8 inches short for my 2004 chevy silverado. Had to reroute several times to make fit. I purchased the 2200 degree gauge, if I was to order again I would select the 1500 degree one. It's difficult to see the 1350 line without moving my head to the right where I mounted it. The digital display is in perfect alignment though and easy to read. Much better that the straight analog gauge I had originally installed in that spot. Highly recommend this gauge.

Wish I would have bought this one to begin with. Works much better and more accurately then the other cheap ones. I push my turbo to the max and need to know if I'm getting to close to 1650F so I don't melt my turbine wheel again.

works good easy install and instructions on how to use it. one thing is found out is tthe button on it the cap fell off had to reglue it on so it wont stab my finger. easy to read and boxed very well. makes me happy.

Very accurate. Downside is the dim capability. Product has a high and low light. Non dimmable with switch.
