Great for model horse customizing!
Magic Sculpt is my go-to for customizing 1:9 scale model horses. It's easy to mix and use. Low odor, simple clean-up (soap and water), doesn't stain clothing or skin. It has a good working time, is simple to smooth (water or rubbing alcohol) and blend, details can be added with a variety of tools, and it cures overnight. Sand, prime and paint the next day.

Best putty on the planet! Can't be beat!
I've tried just about every type of epoxy putty on the market and I gotta say, this stuff out performs them all! Can get extremely fine details with this putty and the 2hr work time is a lifesaver! Don't bother with other brands... Apoxie Sculpt is good for a filler... Milliput doesn't compare. This is the Rolls Royce of puttys and you'll thank me later! Don't hesitate!

Perfect for model horses!
I have used magic sculpt for years on my custom model horses. In the attached photos, the horse’s entire neck, head, mane and tail were sculpted with magic sculpt! It is so convenient to use, is water based for easy cleanup and dries within hours. I like to use rubbing alcohol to smooth my sculpt work because it gives a much smoother texture, but water works great as well! After drying, the material can be sanded to a porcelain-like finish. Apply a bit of gesso and you’re ready to paint it! Will always be a repeat buyer!!

Multiple applications and super flexible
I bought this set of epoxy clay for modeling and polymer sculpture work that I do in my spare time.It was easy to mix, although while mixing it sticks to everything as the chemical reaction begins.Definitely should use in a ventilated space, because this stuff stinks.Smooths with water easily if you need to refine shapes.Stays workable for about an hour before it gets to the point that it's too difficult to shape without ruining what you're making. After curing for 24 hours, it's very light weight and solid. Sands pretty well, but wear a mask while sanding because the dust will wreck your nose and lungs.Used for filling gaps on a model I was working on, used on another sculpture for adding support and structure, and used the left over clay to remake a handle for a custom tool I use for very fine details with an ergonomically shaped handle.

It’s white
I like it. Once it’s painted it’s beautiful. The texture is different but it is good.

Magic Sculpt is Amazing!
So I was excited to try the stuff and forgot to take a few before pictures - See Pictures - (I'm not an artist/sculptor) The Owl belonged to my friend and in bad shape when I finally took ownership... :) I repaired and painted him... but as you can see from the back - pieces started to crack off... no idea what Material he is but it had mold/algae in between the pieces that started cracking and falling off... etc... He also had a hole that I patched... and I willl keep adding to rebuild the back wings of him.... The next statue had a broken hand and missing ponytail - I forgot to take a before picture of the hand... but you have beofre and after pictures at my attempt to add the broken ponytail... lol I don't know the durability of course..... but so far... I'm loving how easy it is to mix and mold!! Still a learning experience - so hopefully it lasts a long time - as the statues will be primed, painted and sealed and go back outside to face the 4 seasons! They're not perfect - I'm not a professional - but they came out good for me... I love my garden statues and try to fix them best as I can to keep enjoying them... :)

Impossible to find in my local art supply stores
This stuff is awesome. It's perfectly moldable, dries hard, doesn't require baking, smooths easily with water, adheres to most surfaces... I use it for modifying vinyl figures. It works like a charm and sands easily but isn't super brittle or chalky.1 lb means 0.5lb epoxy and 0.5lb hardner which you mix in equal parts as you need it. These are fairly small tubs, but as I use only a very small amount at a time they last for many projects.

Not happy with its value and output.
I had seen another artist use this and highly recommend it. I hate it and hate how much I spent on it. But to each it’s own.
