El Latino Dry Spanish sausage, 3 packs of 2 units, total 6 sausages,10.5oz

I ordered this brand because of the fastest delivery. Chorizo was dry but flavor ok. Texture was not good. This Spanish chorizo would be for a bean soup or stew, not for eating as a tapa or in a sandwich

These chorizos were fantastic! The quality of the chorizo and the packaging was great.I used them in a few different ways. First dish was just simple slices of chorizo as a snack along with some slices of cheese. The second dish was an omelette. I diced them up and threw them in the skillet. They cooked well, not too much oil, and the omelette was awesome.Big fan of these.

Sooo Tasty! I hardly ever write reviews, but this needs to be shared!I had a field day with Chorizo this weekend. I made Queso Fundido, Smashed Potato salad with Chorizo & Scallions, and of course my mom’s famous rice and beans. It tasted just like home. El Latino Dry Spanish sausage, 3 packs of 2 units, total 6 sausages,10.5oz I’m so glad they ship to California now!

I was unable to find this product locally. I could find a Mexican Chorizo but that is not the same at all. This is not necessary to cook. Flavors were just like I remember from Spain and Portugal. Very happy with this!
