We give medicines every day to our premie twins and these have worked great. We haven't had any problems with administration. The measurements on the side have started to wear off after a couple weeks of heavy use, but we premeasure the meds in syringes anyway so that doesn't take away any points in my opinion.

I was looking for an easy way to bring medicine for my toddler with us on a long flight without having to bring the entire bottle in my carryon or deal with a syringe. This worked really well. I only wish there was a cap to make it more spillproof.
