The description and pictures suggest the muffs fit on adults, but they are far from large enough to comfortably cover your ears even with out a hard hat.

Tested these with a much more expensive ear defenders . And these ones were more comfortable and couldn’t here half as much as the set that cost 3 times the price

i got these cause I'm autistic and green is my favorite color and they worked great, if you're autistic please know that they make the sound of electricity quieter but don't prevent you from hearing music or TV shows, I also love pairing these with some earbuds underneath
