Calligraphy Writing Paper: 150 sheet pad, calligraphy practice paper and workbook for lettering artist and lettering for beginners

Nice practice sheets, Black Ink does tend to bleed through when using the wider nibs and writing slow. I almost wish that the lines were more faded so that they disappeared when you were writing on the sheets, but since they are designed to practice on and not for actual correspondence this is not an issue.

I used it to practice calligraphy, I like the lines it allows me precision when writing!

Bleeds through a little bit, but if you're cheap like me you'll be ok with that and print extras lol..

If you are wanting to do brush pen or pointed pen with a flex nib calligraphy, this is not the book for you.Three reasons:1. The slant line is too sharp. Typically for modern calligraphy you want a 55 degree slant. This paper has a 45 degree slant, making it difficult to consistently get an even slant.2. This paper is too rough for felt brush tip pens or pointed nib. It will fray your brush pens and your nib will catch on the paper, too.3. This paper is too thin for pointed pen and dipped ink. It leaks right through.

I love that this is just what it says it is. Pages to practice on. I can even photocopy the pages if I needed to. The practice elements are on both sides of the page so there is no waste. I would recommend this to anyone who needs practice sheets. This was a great buy.

Great. The pages have the lines exactly as they look in the photography. The paper is good to practice with a fountain pen and you can use both sides of the sheet. It has a lot of sheets so it will last some time before I have to buy another one.

The pad was very reasonable and the quality of the paper was excellent. I am able to do my 'practice' writing on both sides of the page and find the line spacing to be accurate - it enables me to follow instructions in my brush writing and calligraphy books.
