Small. I'm 5'7" and small fits me just a little long and I'm 30 waist and fit be some what lose. So for 32 waist it should fit good.

Hmmmmm.... The pant legs are a slim fit but still may be a little loose for you. A small would probably be your best fit but concerned they may not be long enough???? More than likely you need the medium for length. My guy is a 32/34 x 34 lean 180 and the medium fits him perfectly. Best recommendation would be to check Amazon's return policy on these as often there is no return shipping. If so, consider ordering both sizes so you can get the best fit without it costing you on the return other than the time to go to UPS. :) Hope this helps.
