I use this product every morning for my Breakfast Smoothie.Recipe:1 Cup Homemade Coconut Milk1 Cup Frozen Organic Wild Blueberries1/2 Banana1 Scoop of fitppl Green & Red SuperfoodTopped with small teaspoon of Bee Pollen Granules for Beekeeper's NaturalsHomemade Coconut Milk3 Cups of Desiccated Coconut8 Cups of Hot WaterInstructionsHeat waterAdd coconut in Vitamix, then add the hot water.Blend on high for several minutes until creamy.Pour into a Milk bag over a strainer and squeeze into a glass container. RefrigerateThis usually last me for four days.I add the top layer (cream) of the coconut to my coffee and you can also make coconut from the left coconut that is still in the milk bag.EnjoyPS: there are several YouTube videos that can show you the process more in details.

I love this product. Been using it for a couple years now off and on only because I’m terrible at remembering to use it everyday. I feel like it really works to help keep me healthy. When I use it consistently I definitely feel better with more energy. I’ve even taken it when I think I’m getting sick or am sick and it even seems to make all the difference in recovery time. I especially like how there is no extra junk added to this to make it taste like gross powder candy like most companies do. Just pure goodness. The taste in not bad, I enjoy it and much prefer it to any powder with sweetener. I continue to recommend this and other fitppl products to my friends. I believe it’s a great product and good company.

I love how I feel after a glass of the Superfood in the AM so much that I'm gifting it to all the people I love in my life, because why wouldn't I want them to be as healthy as possible?  I ran it by my Naturopathic Doc and he was impressed enough with the ingredients and process to start using it himself.  Their 'Ditch the Plastic' campaign is also real and rad!Anecdotally, I have noticed after starting with fitppl in the AM, I do not need my usual cup of coffee first thing anymore. It makes me feel mentally sharp and full of vitality, what's not to love?!

Recently purchased the Cocoa & Blueberry Plant Protein Superfood. Loved it so much, decided to try the Green & Red box of 10 Single Packs. So good!! With a busy schedule this is perfect for on the go, mix at the gym, after yoga. Getting ready to take a trip to California and Tahoe for the holidays. Just going to toss a few packets in the travel bag. Really cool company purpose as well, all about ditching the plastic.

LOVE. THIS. STUFF.I’ve been feeling so out of touch with my body and was looking for something not only organic but that didn’t taste like I was drinking a cup of chalky grass. The combo of fruits and superfoods made the taste so much better than other brands I’ve tried and are healthy af. It’s helped cleanse my system and make me feel SO GOOD! Also, so thoughtful they write a note on their sticker!

For greens this stuff is great tasting!! I love that it has a red antioxidant blend too. I like it best with ice cold water or adding it to guacamole. Will definitely be using daily!

This super food is a game changer, since taking this every day my energy level have gone through the roof and feel like my immune system has been supercharged, highly recommend!
