This towel holder is a bit different in that it only attaches to the wall on one side. Therefore, the towel can slide onto the holder easily from whichever side you decide to leave "open". It is fully reversible so the open end can be left or right. Installation is easy and so far the towel bar is sturdy. It is part of a set of towel bars in the Kohler Composed collection. It is a little pricey but then all the towel bars seem to be. The Kohler name helped convince me that it would be a good product and I had already purchased a 30' towel bar for my bathroom and wanted this hand towel bar to match. Nice finish too. Happy consumer!

I got this towel arm to go with Kohler Composed faucet I have installed on a floating cabinet/sink. Super high quality and shows,...just like the matching faucet. (such as drying your face)I'm using the Composed line in a modern spa like bathroom and have combined it with other black matt accessories from another less expensive brand. (towel holder, hooks, etc) Looks great and I get the look of high end without spending big bucks on the rest of the accessories.

I installed this towel holder myself and it was pretty easy. The packaging of the product leaves no doubt that this is a top quality product. It arrives boxed and bagged to protect the polished chrome finish. Once installed, it is absolutely beautiful.

Really simple design that can blend with most decor. Function and beauty!

I found this to be an updated look for my bathroom instead of the traditional towel ring! Really nice quality

The towell bar comes set up to be from the right of the mounting plate. Directions just say loosen the screw in the handle, reverse and tighten the screw. I have now had to return the second towel holder due to a frozen screw in the handle. I have the proper and right size philps head screwdriver and it will not budge. Maybe is sat in a warehouse too long, or got. heated. I contacted Kohler directely and they will ship a newly manufactured one in about 45 days. If you need to reverse the direction, try to do that before you drill into your wall and mount the plate.

Do not purchase this towel bar. It is stable for about a year, but it then begins to loosen and slope down. It requires dismantling and tightening almost weekly. It is overpriced and poorly designed.

Nice little towel bar. Easy to install and provides that familiar Kohler quality aesthetic (despite being made in Chay-nah).
