Two Pounds Of Toffee Peanuts - We Got Nuts

I have tried several brands of toffee peanuts and these shipped the best - almost no loss of the candy coating. Only one or two bad nuts in whole bag. Nice thick, crunchy coating. My complaint is that the coating was just mostly sweet and not much toffee flavor. I like more flavor to the coating - some buttery, carmelized goodness - but these are just sugar. Bummer. If these had more flavor theyd be my go to but I wont be ordering again. I want those calories to taste fabulous!

If you like peanuts and toffee and haven't tried these, you're robbing yourself of pleasure. I could probably eat the whole bag in one setting but I control myself and this bag is still over half full after 2-3 weeks and I'm eating them pretty regularly. I especially like them with my crunch n munch toffee popcorn.

I don't plan to buy these again or recommend them until I get a straight answer about the sugar content. The bag says, "Sugar 0 g" but on the website, the ingredients list sugar. I called the number on the bag and left a message asking if these toffee nuts contained sugar and got no response. I also sent an email via the website asking the same question and never got a response. I tasted one nut and the flavor was okay but I'm pretty sure the toffee coating contained sugar. Also, the nuts didn't seem that fresh and many of them were not coated with toffee. My son ended up eating the entire bag. He said the flavor was fine but they could've been fresher and that he could taste a lot of sugar. I'd love it if I could get a definite answer regarding the sugar content. If they don't contain any sugar, what is the ingredient used to make the toffee coating sweet? If they do contain sugar, it's definitely not 0 grams so how many grams are there in a serving??

I feel compelled to warn purchasers about these toffee peanuts. I ordered them based upon others 5 star reviews. I was not home when they were delivered and my family had opened the package. The entire 2 lb. bag was almost gone before I got home. So, I'm writing this review based upon what was left in the bottom of the bag.The peanuts were fresh, not old leftovers that some companies use hoping the toffee covering will mask their use of stale nuts, and the toffee coating was a nice balance of salty and sweet. So, my warning to potential purchasers is this, if you want any of these toffee peanuts for yourself, be there when they are delivered or you may find an empty bag when you get home.

It’s hard to find toffee peanuts in the Grocery store at least it has been for me. I was happy with this product. Would buy again. Good value for the money. Very sweet coating. I agree with other reviewers who said a portion of the peanuts had lost their coating. I think you have to expect this if you order through the mail, and the box gets tossed around a lot. It didn’t bother me. I just ate the toffee coating and the nuts.

The nuts were very good, but I wanted to make nut butter, but when I ground them up in my Vitamix they wouldn’t turn to nut butter. Regular whole shelled peanuts on the other hand (Planters or similar), turn to peanut butter in less than 2 minutes. I would love to make toffee nut butter, perhaps you could let me know what I can do to accomplish this.

Being home so much has developed a need in my family for snack variety, and I have tried to find fun things we haven't had for a while. I remembered how much I love buttery toffee peanuts and tried these. They were great! Nice sweet treat.

Exactly what I was looking for and can hardly find in the grocery store. The nuts are covered with a thick toffee that has a lovely crunch. I found few nuts that did not have a candy coating. Delicious and I know now where I can get my sweet fix.
