Apologies but we are not clear what you are referring to. Were you referring to a cap missing on the delivery tube? If yes, this particular wash bottle does not come with one.

where can i find replacement tips and caps so my solvents dont evaporate so quickly?

I do not know where to purchase replacement caps. However I made my own "caps" for the tip. I just took some 1/8" nylon tubing, cut a piece about 1" long and then filled one end with RTV. With the regular cap on the bottle and my home made cap on the tip - I see very little evaporation.

Stopper ? - that which closes off the open end. you know, where the liquid is squeezed out. i bought some that come with a stopper.

No Stopper on these. nice lil units, i use them w IPA in the shop and with Rit Dye when Tie Dying, though the 500 ml are better for that.
