Sturdy, Strong, and Stable!
I've tried A LOT of phone mounts but due to my reputation for being a delicate flower (button masher) and a speed limit abiding driver even though you could film a sports car commercial on the roads around here, I have not had much luck. Occasionally, on a curve or two, I've had to fish my phone up from the floor by the charging wire or actually pull over to retreive it (deflating the fun). This mount has a great vent grasp mechanism and ball socket lock. It stays put! I also really like the single handed operation. You push in the sliders under the "wings" to open it (common for this kind of mount) then when your phone seats on the bottom rests it triggers a spring action to close them (not as common) Also note all parts that touch your phone have nice soft grippy silicone padding. You can't beat the price for this one as is but then it also comes with a dual slotted lighter adapter.

This worked for about 5 minutes before quite literally falling apart. Terrible product, and I would not recommend this phone mount. Sometimes the price is too good to be true.

It's thick and pretty sturdy. I like how it's not flimsy, and can ask hold my phone with the lumee case. The whole being able toTurn it in whichever direction is helpful. Easy enough to place your phone on and off.Just had it for about a week almost, and I've been having a bit trouble clipping it on, it can be challenging at times. A bit hard for it to open up and slip and clip into the vent. But it does the job when it's set up and ready to go. We are keeping it..

Does not hold onto the vent flaps well if they are vertical
Phone fit quite nicely. But when attached to the vent fins in the Chevy Equinox, which run vertical, would NOT hold onto the fin and allowed the phone to drop. Used it in my other car that has horizontal fins and it stayed better on that.

Sturdy phone holder
The product holds my phone steady. This is the first mount that ive found that doesnt wiggle my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy s8.
