Alvin & the Chipmunks: Batmunk

My son loved this movie when he was a child. I actually claimed it as "lost" so that I could buy it from the rental store. Of course, he has always been a Batman fanatic. I was so excited to see that it was released on DVD. I bought Batmunk as a surprise for my son, and he has enjoyed sharing it with his daughter. He was never an Alvin and the Chipmunks fan, but because this was a "Batman" movie, it was an instant favorite.

Great, classic chipmunks! (And by classic, I mean the 80's chipmunks) Actually includes 3 adventures - Batmunk, Treasure Island, and Sherlock Holmes. These are all "alter-ego" adventures, so Alvin, Simon, and Theodore aren't playing themselves. But it's lots of fun and my five year old LOVES it! It's great to share these shows with him, and I know the content is appropriate.

I grew up with Alvin and Chipmunks. I bought episodes on the 60s series too.

perhaps that's the most redeeming factor of this dvd, bc the ep alone is not quite enough content for one dvd. happy to say, you get a little more! cute and funny :)

My three year old grandson now goes around saying he is batmunk instead of batman and I can only see that as a positive

This is not a new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie. It is actually a special from back in the day. The Batmunks segment is only a small portion of the overall movie.

My 4 year old grandson really enjoys this DVD. He wants to watch it everyday. He pretends he is batman and batmunk is his side kick.

I bought this dvd for a stocking stuffer for my 23 year old son. As a child we owned a vhs copy of it and he played the tape to death.He was both surprised and pleased to get it as it brought back fond memories of his childhood. The service I received was excellent with the dvd arriving on tim and in great shape. I would not hesitate to use this vendor again.

My 3 year old son's absolute favourite movie. He was first drawn to it in the previews of the Chipmunks Christmas movie, and when he opened it he was absolutely lit. He loves batman but is still not mature enough to watch the reap batman, so this was a perfect fit! My niece who is also 3 loves it too!

So fun, not easy to find

My four year old son loves this dvd. it's his favorite. He can watch it over and over again.
