Eurotech Seating iOO Chair, White

Unbelievably hard assemble process. I have assembled all my furniture, but this chair is very hard, especially the caster!But after you put everything together, the chair is awesome! You can adjust the chair based on your own needs. It's perfect for my home office!

The mesh bottom version of this chair is one of my favorite chairs of all time, but I received the felt/cushion bottom version which I honestly really found uncomfortable. While it has the support of the other version, it didn't have the comfort of the other version, and I was super disappointed when it arrived. I likely won't be ordering from this company again until I can be 100% sure I'm getting the right product

I'm currently sitting in chair number 2 and it seems great so far (I just put it together a few hours ago). Very supportive and comfortable and lots of customizable adjustments. My only complaint so far would be that the arm rests move inadvertently if you put any real pressure on them, but that's not a huge issue. I'll revise the review later as I get more time in the chair (I'll be in it most of the day, 5 days a week).But one big word of warning. I jumped on a low price and when the (first) chair arrived, the box looked really really beaten up with multiple labels all over it and I knew there would be an issue. It was clearly a used item and the chair back was literally cracked down the middle (which I unfortunately didn't realize until I got to the last step putting it together). The fact that this somehow got repackaged and sent back out as new was very disappointing. But Amazon took it back no problem and the replacement is in mint condition.

I found this chair to offer most value for your money. Not only it’s aesthetically appealing, but also well ergonomically built. Assembly is pretty straight forward. Only 6 screws to bolt and tight. There is a little play in the arm rest as you rest your arm, but it’s not too bad. I just received it today, so will review again in a year or so to judge durability. However, the material feels good and shows good craftsmanship.

Chair was easy enough to assemble and is very comfortable to sit in. I work from home and do a lot of gaming, so I sometimes spend upwards of 10 hours in this chair a day (obviously not all in a row as that would ruin me). I have noticed with this chair that I do tend to slouch a lot less than I did with my Secret Lab chair.

The Eurotech iOO is a great chair and was delivered quickly - no problems there, but I was mislead by all the photos that show the chair **with** the headrest. I'm willing to buy the headrest attachment but annoyed that they're not selling what is pictured on their listing.

I rec'd this chair as a gift from my employees 1 yr ago. As a result, I obviously do not have a receipt. The arm, connecting the headrest to the seatback has already broken. When contacting customer service, I was told if I could supply a receipt it would be covered under warranty. I sent several pics (as requested) to the customer service rep that I spoke with on the phone. In one of the pics, it showed a sticker, with the manufacturing date on it. It was dated 2017. I asked if this could eliminate the need for a receipt. Her response, was that it would not and I would have to pay $50 for the replacement part. Ok, putting all this behind me, I was ready to order the replacement part and asked if I could do so with my credit card. Answer was, "No, we're not set up to take credit cards, you'll have to send a check". Are you kidding me? In addition to the headrest arm already being defective, the chair arms were loose when I recd the chair, and I have had to tighten them myself, several times since. Bottom line....overpriced, poor construction, and barbaric customer service.

Super comfortable and supportive, worth the money. Lots of adjustments!

The only reason I am giving this a three is because the ad is misleading and false advertising. The head rest is not included and there is no way to connect with them. Looking at the product details it doesn't say anything about the head rest being sold separately. I would appreciate is Eurotech would contact me to correct this.
