I would highly recommend not purchasing this product. It is unsafe to drink the water that is boiled in this kettle. It leaves plastic particles in the water. Look at the picture of my tea.

I got this electric kettle because I wanted a small, collapsible one for work since I have little in the way of storage. I use it for both coffee and tea. It gets water very hot fairly quickly (maybe ever so slightly slower than my larger one at home). It worked well enough that I took it on a trip where I was re-hydrating food. The water got plenty hot enough to work for the food as well. It does turn itself back on if the water gets cooler so if you know you are finished with heating water, I would recommend unplugging it. In terms of size, it was about what I would have expecting since it still needs to have the heating element.

This little kettle is fast, easy to use and allows me to have tea at the office in a world of coffee drinkers. I love it.

I bought this to travel with as I can't start my day without coffee/tea and some motels don't have a coffee maker in them. This worked perfectly. TSA agents didn't bat an eye at it and it passed through in my carry-on without a problem. It takes a couple minutes to warm up the water to a boil. It holds enough water for 2 12 ounce cups. It's easy to clean and very easy to use. You just have to remember that it doesn't shut off by itself like some non-travel models.

Works great.. we use it for traveling.. it does put out a funky plastic smell.. hopeless we won’t get sick from it..

Nathome travel foldable electric kettle.I was looking for a way to make my own coffee while traveling. I was not happy with the late night options. I found this and I already had an inverter that I have in my car.The combination allows me to make my own coffee 24/7 I use my favorite brand and only takes a few minutes to make. It folds up and fits under my seat in a ziplock. There are plenty of portable coffee makers out there. I carry a couple of extra water bottles with me at all times. I will also bring milk in a Hydro flask if I am sure I will be making coffee.

I am going to travel Europe this month. I found this item on amazon. It arrived on time and I try this tea pot these days. It is wonderful that only 3 minutes the full pot of water (about two cups) get boiling and shut off automatically. It is the ideal tea pot which I want take for my traveling.

Great for Coffee junkies who travel a lot - I try to find out if & where our hotel has a coffee maker. I won’t use ones located in bathrooms and most Vegas hotels don’t want you to make coffee in your room. We attend many conventions. They want you downstairs where you have more chances to gamble. This is compact and heats to a boil FAST. I bring instant coffee, Starbucks Via and I can take extra time getting ready for my day.
