Bought one... It died in a week 👆🏼 or two ✌🏻. Exchanged for another... It died in like two days; 😲no joke!!! I couldn't be more pissed 🤬! 🤨 Do not get this, I promise u u'll waste ur time!!! U'd think it would work the best cause it's from Beauty Rest, they're a great n reputable company, right 🤔?!?! But NO!!! 💔😕😞😢👎👎👎

This blanket is so frustrating! The good: It is the most comfortable blanket ever! I love the size and the even heat.The bad: The 1st one I purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond lasted 3 months I thought it was defective so the manufacturer sent me another one. That one lasted 2 months so I ordered a third one (hoping it was a coincidence and that they really can’t sell blankets for $60 that don’t work) that one worked literally 30 minutes! It’s so frustrating because everything else about the blanket is awesome. Once those lights start blinking simultaneously - it’s over! Get it together Beautyrest and make a blanket that works!! Amazon should pull this product from their site.

I have tried just about every brand of electric blanket. I use them year round and daily all day because of a medical condition. I own 2 of these for 2 years now and they get hotter and last longer than any other I have tried. I am replacing one because the wire got damaged in an electric recliner. It was my fault entirely and if it hadn’t happened I think it would have lasted for a lot longer. I don’t understand the bad reviews but maybe people got defective ones ? That has not been my experience so far and I am hoping the one that I just ordered is as good as the last two. They are more expensive than others but worth every penny to me.

The blanket I received has three drawbacks. 1) There is an area on one hand-sized area of my blanket that has heat wires but does not get warm when turned on. It’s not enough of a nuisance to go through the hassle of returning. 2) Each control has its own plug-in, which means there’s no outlet for a bedside light (old home, few bedroom outlets). 3) The blanket is slippery so slides off to one side during the night.Positive features: has pre-heat option, heats up quickly, has several levels of warmth, resets easily.

At first I loved this product. That was until it stopped working a short time after I purchased it. Now all is does is give a “E2” error code any time you try to turn it on. Very disappointing after spending so much on it.

I used to love my old Beautyrest electric blanket, but this one is the worst of any electric blanket I've ever owned. It's not very good at warming, particularly with pre-heating, but that's not even close to the worst part. The plush material it's made of, may be soft and silky, but that's exactly what does it in. When you wake up in the morning you never know where this blanket will be. The top sheet may be perfectly where you would expect, but no so the electric blanket. That may be half or more on the floor, and you have no idea how it got there. When the bed is made, and you sit on it to put on your shoes or such, you may have to re-make the bed because of the slipperiness of the blanket under the quilt or bedspread. There's no need for it to be this slippery, and I have no idea why they made it so. I returned it within a week.

My daughter received this blanket from Santa. Upon plugging it in, within 30 mins we realized only half of the blanket warmed up. Total bummer, went to UPS dtore to return hassle free. Have not receibed my refund yet, but the refund process is VERY EASY and they pay for shipping. Without a computer, I love the option to be able to print the return label at the UPS store.Other then the blanket not working when we received it: the material itself is silky and pushy soft. We own SO many heating blankets andbthis material was amazing. The only bummer I noticed immediately is you can feel ALL of the THICK cords through the blanket. My daughter did not mind as much as myself. The plug from the blanket to the warmer control was VERY secure (again, a nice feature as compared to past other brands/styles.) Lastly, this was sopossed to be a twin blanket and it was SMALL.Instead of 1 star, I generously gabe this 2 stars for ease of returning. Will bump up to 3 stars if my refund shiws promptly. You might as well try this blanket and hopefully lile dome others, it will work for youn. If not rerurning it is super simple.

Sad to say this only worked one time. The day it came in the mail. Then that was it. No heat happening yet the controller says it is. I’mSo disappointed I loved the feel of this blanket but I have to return it because it’s junk.

We purchased the King Size blanket, for a King Size bed, there is a nice amount of drop on either side of the bed. The blanket heats up nicely, no problems as of yet. Right now we only heat one side, the bed partner doesn't need the heat yet, that will come. The blanket is plush & cuddly.

While I wrote one review that this electric blanket is awesome, I’ve changed my mind. After a few washings one part isn’t heating up now. I’ll send a message to the company If I can and see what happens!

Barely heats up. Feels the same on setting 1 as High!! I've used electric blankets all my life! The high setting should smoke you out of bed!!

This one keeps shutting off too much, will only stay on for a short. Of time and then turns off
