It is a book... I think more for maybe breeders or someone who has a lot of dogs. I will probably not use it because it has so many pages and you cannot put them all on one page.

Great book IF YOU ARE A BREEDER and want to keep track of all the puppies have been born and vaccinated over the years.This is not a vaccination/health record book for an individual dog.I wish that was included in the description so it would save me the trouble and the expense.
