Countertop microwave, just the right size
With some minor DIY modification, this monitor shelf now holds my countertop microwave like it's on stilts. And I get extra storage underneath, which is great. I chose the wide single-level with drawer. See pics for the before and after. This is a 1.2 cu.ft. Panasonic microwave, and it lives on our countertop where we have very little space. I wanted to raise it by about 5 inches. With this shelf the door easily clears a bowl or mug in front of it. It just makes the whole process a little easier in a tight space, with less juggling dishes back and forth. It was exactly the dimensions I was looking for and it made sense to me. I'm very aware of making sure it is safe, stable, and level, and that's the tricky bit. So I'm not showing my exact DIY here because it's up to you to make it safe in whatever situation you have. Most of my problem was with the exact position of the feet beneath this microwave and the top corners of this shelf, because they are close in dimension but a little off. I had to make a way for the feet to lock into place securely. The feet were touching the top corner pegs and not lining up quite right. The corner pegs are removeable, but either way as pegs or holes it was still not lining up quite right. Just to be clear that's the microwave's fault! And my countertop is also not level to begin with. But, with a little dremel tool sanding here and a shim there, in a few minutes I had this secure and level. I kinda love it.

Flexes slightly under heavy loads
Generally good, easy to assemble, easy to adjust the height, and wide enough to put my 16” laptop underneath. My complaint is that with my 40# (Dell 43”) monitor on it, the top surface sags down a bit, and that impedes the drawer closing. (The curved front makes it look more extreme than it is.) The second photo with the straight edge shows the top is sagging a few mm.

Nice product
The monitor stand works well. The drawer is large and holds lots of pens, pencils, markers, etc. There is still space on the top for small items.

Excellent desk resource
This turned out to be a much better stand than I expected. Good enough that I ordered a second one a week after the first and am considering a third. Placing these on my corner desk doubles my work area and the drawer while not perfect clears my desk of pens and small annoyances. It is stronger than I thought it would be and doesn't bow at all in the middle due to the weight of my secondary 22 inch monitor. Extremely simple to put together.

Nice stand for laptop
I bought this for my new job so I can set my laptop on top of it and use it with my 2nd monitor. I love that it is adjustable height and it has the extra drawer to put items in so they don't have to be sitting on my work desk. I thought my keyboard would fit underneath but it is too long.

Drawer resists opening, entire stand shakes when opening it
Drawer resists opening because it rubs against the top of the stand, entire stand shakes when opening it and I definitely don't recommend stacking it on another drawer-less version as the legs start bowing out. It is even less stable when opening the drawer when stacked on top of another unit.

Drawer sticks a bit but otherwise this is a great stand
This fits my 17 inch wide-bodied laptop really well. The drawer is pretty spacious, although since it's just plastic on plastic it tends to stick a bit - not really something you can open and close one-handed. The legs are also adjustable in height which is a nice feature. This has opened up my desk quite a bit and I'm pleased with it.

Helps with better posture.
It's not fancy, but does the job. I recently purchased one of those kneeling rocking office chairs, which makes me sit higher than a normal office chair. I had to raise my monitor and keyboard 5" higher to maintain perfect posture when using the chair. This did the trick. I am no longer looking down at my monitor, but looking straight across at it which makes my back and neck feel sooooo much better.
